Given the important role of cooperative companies in shaping and developing the country's economy, there is a need for a better understanding of this kind of company. In contrast to co-operative companies, there are commercial companies that differ in terms of total membership fees and members according to the goals of the company, as a result of the same difference in corporate goals that only natural or legal non-governmental entities can do in the cooperative company. Can be registered and, in addition, they must accept certain conditions, while in commercial companies all legal entities can be recognized as shareholder and usually in the process of signing, except for the capital that the person enters into. Certain conditions are not. This article attempts to explain the rules and objectives of the cooperative regarding the rules governing the rights and duties of membership.
