In this article, according to the findings of the modern science of transgression, attempts have been made to examine the role of the victim in the realization of the crime of fraud. The crime of fraud, the compound victim and its material pillar are somewhat minor. The first element of its material element is the criminal resort to fraudulent means. Due to the advancement of science and technology and increasing the awareness of the people, the variety and complexity of fraudulent devices are increasing day by day, and nowadays criminals use computers and cyberspace to deceive the people. The second element of the material element is delinquent victim, that is, the victim is deceived based on various causes and factors, and in the next step he places his property with his consent to the perpetrator. The purpose of this article is to examine the features and factors that make one person victimized in this crime. To prove the role of the victim in the realization of fraudulent crime, a field method and qualitative interview were used with twenty victims of crime scams and then to analyze the data, a clientele method was used. In the end, greed, ignorance, misplaced trust and discretion were recognized as the main characteristics of the interviewees who had been victimized. Considering that the ultimate goal of the debate on crime victimization and the analysis of the role of the victim in the criminal process is to prevent crime and reduce it, in the end, in light of the results, social and social prevention measures to prevent victims Crime scam, presented. Solutions that indirectly lead to a reduction in crime rates.
