A man's duty to indulge in a woman's alimony is a unilateral duty, and the affection or lack of possession of the man has no effect on it, and the woman is not required to pay for her living expenses from her personal property. In fact, one of the wives' rights is this alimony. In this paper, various dimensions and rules of alimony have been investigated. This article has four sections. In the first part, the meaning of subjection and alimony, and their relationship, in the second part of the legal basis of alimony, in the third part, the legal effects of the principles of alimony, and finally in Section 4, other misconceptions regarding alimony are examined and analyzed
