Undoubtedly, the ethics and law sciences are very important from the humanities, and the discussion of the relationship between these two sciences is a necessity and must be addressed. To understand the relationship between law and ethics, we must first obtain a definition of law and ethics so that we can judge them later. Then, the common arenas of the two sciences are examined to find similarities, differences and relationships. Among the various tendencies, the law is chosen as the tendency of the natural law (divine), and on the opposite side of morality, the highest is chosen by the criterion of religion, and these two sciences are placed against each other and at the first, their differences, such as the basis, source, subject and The realm, purpose, guarantee, etc., and in the next stage, the relationship between these two sciences.
