Notaries play an important role in increasing economic, social and judicial security. Therefore, the occurrence of violations and crimes in this institution by the notary public has many more disadvantages for the society, and considering that these people are considered representatives of the government, the need to prevent crimes by these people is very clear, especially in recent years. The findings indicate the possibility of these crimes and violations in the offices and escape from punishment by the notary public. There are different types of prevention. In one of these divisions, prevention occurs in two types, criminal and non-criminal. It is a criminal offense and a violation of notarial deeds of the notaries public, and its purpose is to clarify any of the above-mentioned types of prevention of notarial deeds of notaries public officials, which have been written with a descriptive-analytical method and library resources. Criminal prevention of crimes and violations of notary public notaries includes criminal prevention with the guarantee of punishment and administrative and disciplinary enforcement, and non-criminal prevention includes situational and regulatory prevention, through monitoring the activities and performance of notaries. Supporting notaries, liability insurance and increasing the interaction of offices, etc.
