Base : honor Killing are a traditional, traditional reaction of the tribal community during which the family is expected to respond to the occurrence of illegal and unlawful sexual acts outside of the marital context of their female members. This crime is one of the types of violence against women and the most severe one, and the motive behind it is of particular importance.
Aime : examining the role of restorative justice in preventing the victimization of women as a result of honor killings and the need for the police to institiution to minimize the rate of this crime.
Method: the research is a descriptive-analytical library and is a vector-based scam tool.
Finding : honor Killing are the hardest offense in terms of discovery and follow-up because the statistics of the reporting and declaration of crime are very low and it is often difficult to find and follow up and carry out investigations by competent authorities; The reason for this is the consent, co-operation and co-operation of family members with the perpetrators of the crime. They consider it necessary to restore the honor and repentance of the family, so in many cases, this crime is carried out with their collective agreement and, after the murder, they hold the issue silent.
Results : In this research, it is tried to analyze the role of police and police forces with the approach of restorative justice in preventing this phenomenon by explaining various aspects of the phenomenon of honor killings as a social injury, and eventually Recommendations for better policing in this area are suggested.
